The happiest trip on earth: Disneyland day 3

Today's fun started at California Adventure and we were in the park for opening, this of course meant facing the stampede of people grabbing fast passes for Radiator Springs Racer and well, if you can't beat them then join them, so we did just that before heading to Flo's V8 Cafe for breakfast.

We both couldn't resist the brioche French toast and oh my gosh, it looked amazing and tasted even more amazing, now if someone want's to come and make this for me on a weekly basis then that would be fab? breakfast thoroughly enjoyed, we headed over to Soarin' for a flight around the world and luckily only queued about 25 minutes which was great because for most of the trip we hardly saw the queue go below 45 minutes.

It was now already for our racer fastpass so we headed back over to Cars land to make use of that and then went on a  little character hunt, they'd moved some since I was last here in September so that through me a little but we did get to meet Nick Wilde who unfortunately wasn't meeting with Judy like last time. Lottie had to get her race pack and bits from the RunDisney expo so we headed out of the park and made our way over to the Disneyland hotel for that with a stop in Sephora along the way, where you'll be shocked to hear we were very restrained compared to our visit back in February.

Sephora and Expo done, we headed back to the hotel to drop everything off and hurried back to the Disneyland park in hope to catch the 2pm show of Mickey and the Magical Map, however we got close to the gates and realised we just wouldn't make it so spotting Belle as we walked in, we decided to jump in the line to meet my favourite Princess instead. Wearing my 7 dwarfs outfit today I of course wanted to get some photos by Snow White's wishing well and we opted to do that before I risked possibly spilling anything down my white t-shirt, photos done we decided it was time for a snack as we hadn't eaten since breakfast, so Mickey ice cream sandwich it was and we sat in front of the castle enjoying our treats and the view.

We then decided to see who was out meeting in Fantasy Faire and managed to meet Prince Ali and then also waited for Rapunzel to come out, we knew we wanted to see the next showing of Mickey and the Magical Map so decided to head over to It's a small world area to get a spot for the parade so we wouldn't have far to go to get to Fantasyland Theatre straight after, the parade seemed to be delayed starting and not wanting to risk not getting a good, central spot we decided not to bother watching Soundsational and headed over to the theatre until they let us in, I was so excited to see this, although a little nervous because I think Lottie & I's friendship would be over if I didn't love it haha, but you can rest assured, friendship is perfect because it was amazing, so perfect and just as beautiful as I'd been told and yes, I did shed a few tears, without giving any spoilers there is something Disney related that is guaranteed to get me every single time and this incorporated it, or should I say him ;)

Eyes dried, we now had fast passes for Matterhorn to use, I don't know how but I somehow seem to forget just how much this ride jolts you about, backs and necks still in one piece, just, we noticed the queue for Star Tours wasn't too bad and jumped in line for that before deciding it was time for food, again and opted for Red Rocket's Pizza where Lottie could eat all the carbs she needed ready for her first race in the morning and I could just straight out be greedy, not able to decide between pizza or salad, I figured a healthy balance diet was in order and just got both, food ate we called it an early night and headed back to the hotel.
