Summer bucket list

The past week it finally feels like summer may have made an appearance, the weather has been so lovely, the evenings are so light again and it might just be safe to hang the jacket back up for a while. I love summer, it's certainly my favourite time of year and just makes me feel so much cheerier than I do at other times of the year, I just hope the good weather lasts longer than a couple of weeks.

The sunny days get me thinking of all the summery, outdoor and fun things I want to do over the next couple of months, well if our summer can hold out that long. I didn't exactly do great at ticking everything off last year's list so a lot of those things will be going back on the list for this summer and hopefully I'll do better at actually achieving them
  • Visit Durdle door
  • Go on a road trip
  • Have a BBQ (or rather go to someones as I don't have a garden)
  • Watch a film at an open air or drive-in cinema
  • Go on a picnic
  • Visit the New Forest
  • Have a beach day in Bournemouth with 2 of my favourite girls
  • Visit 2 new places in the UK
  • Go on a bike ride
  • Watch the sunset
  • Go on a staycation or 2
  • Attend a music festival (not one of those camping type ones, where you can't shower for days)
  • Visit the Disney Magic in Dover (because it's become a yearly tradition)
  • Hire a boat at the lake in Regent's Park
  • Spend time at South Bank
  • Go strawberry picking (because I've been saying it for about 5 years but still haven't)
  • Have a beach day with my sister or as many as we can
  • Get a unicorn (or any other equally as silly fun) pool float and actually use it
  • Go to a Thorpe Park
  • Be a tourist for the day in London
And most of all I want to get a great tan and have another amazing summer filled with laughter
