It's Walt Disney World time

It's finally here, I feel like I've waited forever for this trip and I guess I have really because it was booked last April, I know that's less than a year and I've previously waited longer for trips but this one has definitely taken its sweet ass time to come around haha, at last though the time has finally arrived and tomorrow Lottie & I will be stepping on the plane for 11 nights of magic.
This trip is full of firsts for me, to start with it's my first trip with the free dining plan and to say I'm excited about that is an understatement, I'm all about food and despite never doing the dining plan before I still have done most of my eating out there onsite, obviously not having to pay for what I'm eating at the end of each meal is going to be a great bonus and I can't wait to use some of those snack credits on the tasty treats. Another first is the resort, well 2 in fact, I'm so excited to be ticking off another 2 resorts because if you read my Disney bucket list you'd know that I want to stay at every resort and I'm slowly getting there and 2 new ones during one trip will definitely help me along the way there. Our first stop will be Port Orleans Riverside, I spent some time around the resort during a 2 night WDW stay in January 2014 pre cruise aboard Disney Magic and really fell in love with the feel of it, it was so beautiful and peaceful and the boat ride to Disney Springs was a huge bonus and such a nice way to spend a little wind down time away from the craziness of the parks and the next resort, well this one has always been a dream one of mine, The Polynesian ARGHHHH!!! I cannot wait to actually stay here, it's one I always spend time at on every WDW visit, I love the restaurants here or watching Wishes from the beach, so usually visit at least 2-3 times per trip and to finally be staying here is a dream come true.

Of course, being on the dining plan meant we spent some time making sure we got ADR's at all the important restaurants, many of which will be new ones to me so I'm looking forward to trying those and of course returning to some favourites, I'll also be experiencing my first (actually 4) character dining experience at Disney World during this trip which I cannot wait for as I've only ever done Plaza Inn breakfast with Minnie & friends at Disneyland before.
Just a few of our ADR's are breakfast at Cinderella's Royal Table, Yak & Yeti, Be our Guest and Rose & Crown and the rest? well you'll have to wait and see ;)

You can keep up with our adventure and follow along with me on Twitter and Instagram where I'm sure I'll be posting daily and of course you can also follow along from Lottie's view by following her on Instagram and Twitter too :)

See ya real soon!
