My Disney confessions...part 2

When I first started this blog one of the very first posts was 'My Disney confessions' which you can read here, it seemed to get a better response than I expected and before long many other Disney bloggers were posting theirs which was so fun and exciting to see, it was great reading other people's confessions, see if any of them confessed to the same or similar things.

The subject came up in Thursdays Disney bloggers chat on Twitter, if you didn't know about this it happens every Thursday at 8pm GMT using the hashtag DisneyBloggersChat, come join us, anyway back to what I was saying, we got talking about our confession posts and how many of us enjoyed reading the posts which got us onto the idea of doing a 2nd part, so here we are with My Disney confessions round 2, because yes, there are more

1. I don't understand the Tsum Tsums craze, sorry guys because I know so many of you adore and collect them but I just don't see the fascination

2. I can't understand the big obsession with Villains, especially Gaston, I mean honestly why do you all love such a big headed, self centred, pig? he is everything I HATE in a man and I just don't like nasty people so I'm all about the Princesses and their sidekicks, oh and Flynn, I'm all about him haha

3. Although happy to stay offsite at Disneyland Resort or Disneyland Paris, I never will at Walt Disney World. I did it once on my first trip, then part on and off but since having a taster it has always and will always be onsite

4. Since discovering Disney Cruise Line, the Disney parks are no longer my favourite place in the world to be, onboard one of those amazing ships is

5. I still haven't seen Moana, I didn't really want to admit to this one because I feel it's so bad but, this is confession time so I figured I should. I know it's terrible of me, I've intended too a few times now but for one reason or another it just hasn't happened, hopefully I'll get the chance before I have to wait for the DVD release

  1. Totally agree about Gaston! I don't see everyone's fascination with him! I kinda love Maleficent though as i totally think shes just misunderstood :P

    1. Maleficent is probably the only villain I have a soft spot for, though that all started from the film which I love rather than Sleeping Beauty which I'm not much of a fan

  2. I'm not a fan of the villains either!
You'll really like Moana, hope you get to see it soon! :)

    1. Yay another non villain fan, we're all coming out of the woodwork now haha! Thank you, hoping to go next week and I'm really looking forward to finally seeing if it's as good as I've heard

  3. I am TOTALLY with you on that Villains part! And Flynn :) Because in the end, he is a good guy! He didn't want to harm anyone, but the others did! Even Gaston, because he wanted that Beast dead asap! I will never understand the love for those characters, but I respect people's choices so I never dared saying anything about it. So it's kind of relief to see I'm not the only one :)

  4. Sorry - I'm a Gaston fan! I don't like him as a person obviously, but he provides some good comic relief. I only started liking him after going to Disney World as an adult - purely for the men who played him in the park and at the stage show. They did such a good job that they always had me laughing. Plus you can't not laugh at some of his lines in his song. So camp! My Disney confession is that I've never stayed onsite and I don't plan to. :) x

    1. Ooh that's a controversial one, I think everybody that's stayed onsite raves about it and won't stay offsite now but you can definitely do a trip cheaper by not doing so, I realise it's not for everyone though :)

  5. Disagree with the off-site at Disney World. I'm a DVC member and spoiled with the Boardwalk, however I have had some great stays at the Hyatt Grand Cypress, and I am looking forward to staying "off site" at the Four Seasons Orlando in 29 days. I've also stayed at The B, but bigger fan of the other two mentioned.
