Afternoon Tea at Millennium Hotel Mayfair

Afternoon Tea is something I have been wanting to do for years now and honestly have no reason to explain why I haven't other than I just haven't got around to it, until now that is. I mean cake, tea and prosecco, who wouldn't want to indulge in this kind of fun?

WDW must do's: Hollywood Studios

Oh wow, how did my next Disney World trip get so close, it's less than 4 weeks away now and it's suddenly very much hit me that soon I'll be back 'home' and the excitement is beyond a normal level right now, my outfits are still not completely finalised, my shopping list is not done but February seems to be getting closer by the second so I really better get those things sorted, but for now, what am I excited to experience at Hollywood Studios for the first time I hear you ask.

Birthday wishlist

Having a January birthday means when everyone asks the yearly question "what do you want for your birthday?" it can be difficult to answer, it's just been Christmas so you've no doubt just had a number of things from your wishlist, you don't want to be too cheeky because you know everyone is pretty empty in the bank department and honestly, trying to think up another list of things you'd like or been lusting over less than a month or two after the last one is pretty damn tough at times.

Small business spotlight: Happiest Fitness Co

Today's small business is focusing on the wonderful Disney inspired fitness wear from The happiest fitness co, this amazing little business is owned by the lovely Lottie, over at one of my favourite blogs Lottie Does.

Perfect gifts for the travel addict

With my next trip fast approaching and also yet another birthday, it's really time to start counting backwards with these years now ;) it got me thinking about travelling and birthdays combined and on to what gifts would be great for a travel addict like myself to receive

My Disney confessions...part 2

When I first started this blog one of the very first posts was 'My Disney confessions' which you can read here, it seemed to get a better response than I expected and before long many other Disney bloggers were posting theirs which was so fun and exciting to see, it was great reading other people's confessions, see if any of them confessed to the same or similar things.

Walt Disney World: My thoughts on ADR's

Disney World trip planning is mostly fun, of course there are some parts that can be hard work and dare I say it, stressful but thankfully those moments don't come along often during that fun pre trip time. In fact, there's only two things that I find hard work and that's fastpass+ booking but even worse than that, its advance dining reservations or ADR's as they're better known.

Small business spotlight: Luby and Lola

Shopping small is something I love to do, especially when it comes to shopping for Disney. There is such great stuff to find from small online businesses and it's so nice to support the people running them & making these wonderful items for us. I'm sure each sale means so much more to them than to the owners of these huge high street stores which is why I love to shop small, knowing my custom is appreciated from the person I'm handing money to means something to me in return, I am supporting their dream and who wouldn't want to do that for someone?

My 2017 goals

When a new year rolls around so many people set themselves resolutions and goals and I love reading and hearing about them, I wish them all the best for sticking to them and achieving those goals but for me, resolutions just don't work because I never really stick to them, so a few years back I decided to just stop making them and instead, stick to setting goals.

WDW must do's: Animal Kingdom

You may think over planning a holiday takes away all the fun and while I would normally agree in most circumstances, when it comes to Disney World I feel like it's so different and actually careful planning helps make the trip even more better than it otherwise would be.

Happiness in December

Happy New Year! I honestly can't get my head around the fact that it's now 2017, it's so cliche but last year seemed to go by in the flash of an eye and here we are, at the start of a fresh year and it's our to grab by the horns and turn it into a year to remember, a year full of great memories, lots of laughter and plenty of special moments, at least I hope that's how it goes for not only myself but every single one of you.
